Objects:
(a) so much of the income of the trust fund as shall for the time being be qualifying income to the trustees of the capital trust for the general purposes of the capital trust. (b) subject thereto the trustees shall hold the trust fund and the income thereof for the roman catholic archbishop of st andrews and edinburgh for the time being who shall pay the same as to both capital and income for the following purposes insofar as the same shall be charitable object: (i) the relief of the disabled sick and dying (ii) the relief of povery (iii) the maintenance repiar ornamentin and upkeep of churches and other places of worship of the roman catholic faith (iv) the education of candidates for the priesthood in the roman catholic faith.
