a) to provide such special benefits of any kind not normally provided by the local education authority for any secondary school (excepting the brewood middle school) serving in the area of the parishes of brewood, stretton, featherstone, shareshill and codsall as may from time to time be agreed between the school governors and the trustees. b) to promote the education of persons under the age of 25 years who are in need of financial assistance and who have not less than two years at any time either attended any secondary middle school (excepting the brewood middle school) which serves or has served the said area.(for further details see cl 8 of the scheme)
