the trustees shall apply the income of the charity in either of the following ways: (1) in providing for the school such special benfits of any kind not normally provded by the local education authority as may from time to time be agreed between the school governors and the trustees; and (2) in promoting the education (including education in the doctrines of the church of england and social and physical training) of persons under the age of 25 in need of financial assistance who are pupils or former pupils of the school or resident in the area comprising the ecclesiastical parish of pontesbury and the part of the ecclesiastical parish of longden and annscroft which was formerly comprised in the former ecclesiastical parish of of pontesbury third portion : (for further details see clause 25 (2) of the scheme).
