Objects:

apprenticing children of poor and deserving persons, resident in the beneficial area, to some trade or occupation; assisting them by outfits or otherwise upon entering a trade, profession or occupation, or into service: making payments to enable them to recieve instruction in workshops or at classes or otherwise, so as to prepare them for apprentice-ships, technical instruction or employment. for further details see varying scheme of 23 january 1980.
