(a) a messuage or tenement at the date of the indenture above referred to used as a schoolhouse and situate in the village of hayton, in the parish of hayton with the yard, garden and appurtenaces; (b) the 1/24th of the net income derivable from the yearly rentcharge of $120 comprised in th said indenture and applicable in the purchase of books for the sunday school; (c) the 6/24ths of the said net income payable to the schoolmaster for the time being of the charity if and so long as the said schoolmaster shall comply with the conditions set out in the said indenture in regard to a declaration by him of religious beliefs; and (d) the 3/24ths of the said net income payable to the schoolmistress for the time being of the charity if and so long as the said schoolmistress shall comply with the conditions set out in the said indenture in regard to a declaration by her of religious beliefs.
