Objects:
the object of the charity is to promote the education (including religious and further education) of beneficiaries in any or all of the following ways:(1) by making payments to the governors of any school of the foundation or any qualifying school to assist them to meet their obligations under the education acts with respect to:(a) the maintenance of that school; or(b) the provision, improvement or alteration of that school;(2) by providing items, services and facilities for any school of the foundation;(3) by the provision of a site or sites for schools of the foundation; or(4) in such other ways as the trustees think fit.
