Objects:
"net income to be applied in any of the following ways for the benefit of young persons under the age of 25 who are resident in wordsley and the parish of kingswingford in the county borough of dudley (hereinafter called ""the beneficial area"") and who, other than those beneficiaries who qualify for benefit under sub-clause (e) under, are in the opinion of the council, in need of financial assistance. (a) exhibitions at any secondary school, college of education for the training of teachers, university or other institution of further education approved by the council: (b) providing fnancial assistance, outfits, clothing, tools, instruments or books to help beneficiaries on leaving school, university or any other education establishment to prepare for, or to enter, a profession, trade or calling; (c) awarding birsaries or maintenance allowances to enable beneficiaries to travel whether in this country or abroad, to pursue their education; (d) providing financial additions to enable beneficiaries to study music or other arts; (e) making payments to the managers or governors of any county or vuluntary school in the beneficial area to be applied by such managers or governors in the award of prizes to pupils at such shcools, such prizes to be called ""richardson prizes""; and (f) otherwise promoting the education (including social and physical training) of beneficiaries."
