1.to continue prizes as competitive prizes in visual aids for boys of the king edward vi grammer school louth.2.to extend the prizes in the same school for boys in the oral and liternary arts.3.if practicable to extend the fund to embrace literature in english latin and greek with emphasis on verse writing in any language.4.to make available prizes in the above subjects to girls of the same school foundation and/or any other school in the borough and rural council of louth including any areas brought in by the boundaries commission but not excluding any areas which may be subtracted by the commis-sioners.5.to further extend the prizes in the above arts to all adults and youth having completed full time study;and to arts-crafts onily in the case of elderley and retired persons
