1. payments to the vicars of billingborough and horbling for application by them as trustees in or towards the promotion in the beneficial area of religious instruction in accordance with the doctrines of the church of england by means of a sunday school or otherwise. 2. provision of special benefits of any kind not normally provided by the local education authority for any maintained primary or secondary school in the beneficial area, (as may be agreed upon between the school managers or governors and the trustees, after consultation with the lea). 3. other educational benefits, including the award of exhibitions or grants for secondary or further education, assistance to prepare for or to enter a profession, trade or calling, or to study music or other arts.
