apprenticing deserving poor boys or girls, children of resident inhabitants of the parish of st. martin, of the industrial or poorer classes. unexpended income shall be applied in the payment of school fees for deserving children an aforesaid, attending elementary schools in the said parish; payment of scholarships or exhibitions, or payment of school fees for higher education for the benefit of like children.
