scholarship to be awarded from time to time with the object of enabling the holder thereof to receive a free public school education in the college and in such necessitous cases as the governors shall decide the payment of all expenses in connection therewith for the promotion of education at the school for the promotion of education at or in connection with the school scholarship to be awarded at the discretion of the board of governors or other governing body of the college for the time being. 3 The objects for which the Company is established are to advance education by: 3.1 The provision of schools for boys and girls at Wellington in Shropshire and/or if thought desirable of other schools in England and Wales, which shall provide education in accordance with the Protestant and Evangelical principles of the Church of England and ancillary or incidental educational activities and associated activities for the benefit of the public. 3.2 The support of the provision of education in accordance with the aforesaid principles at Colleges or Universities in England and Wales.
