to promote the educatuion (including social and physical training) of young persons under the age of 25 years who are resident in the town of kenilworth and to provide or assist in the provision in the interests of social welfare of facilities for the recreation and other leisure time occupaton of such persons with the object of improving theire conditions of life.(b) the provision of assistance to help beneficiaries on leaving school, or university or any other educational establishment ot prepare for, or to enter, a profession, trade or calling; (c) the sword of scholarships or maintenance allowances to enable beneficiaries to travel abroud to pursue their education; (d) the porvision for assistance towards the provision ofany kind not normally provided by the local education authority for recreation and social and physical training, including the provision of coaching in athletics, sports and games for beneficiaries who ar receiving primary, secondary or further education. (e) the provision of financial assistance to enable beneficiaries to study music or other arts.
