1. the trustees may set aside such yearly sum as they think fit to meet the needs of any extraordinary repairs, additions or improvements to (including rebuilding of) the premises of the erdington church of england school; 2. the trustees shall apply such yearly sum as may be required toward meeting their obligations as managers under the education acts 1944 to 1967 or any substituted provisions with respect to the provision and maintenance of the school. 3. the trustees may provide special benefits for the school of a kind not normally provided by the local education authority.
