income to be applied in all or any of the following ways:a) in promoting the education (including social and physical training) of persons under the age of 25 years who are resident in the area of benefit or who have a parent or parents so resident or having been so resident can in the opinion of the trustees be properly regarded as having a continuing and substantial connection with the said area (beneficiaries) (b) in providing for any local education authority school or other school wholly or principally maintained out of public funds which may be attended by beneficiaries such special benefits as may from time to time be agreed between the trustees and the governors of the school concerned.(c) in providing for any charitable school which may be attended by beneficiaries such special benefits as may from time to time be agreed between the trustees and the governors of any such school. for further details see clause 23 of the above mentioned scheme.
