Objects:
1. to provide scholarship for the education of old boys and girls and pupils of the school. 2. to pay all or part of the maintenance or other expenses (including any educational fees) of deserving pupils. 3. to assist old boys and girls who may require financial help to pursue their further education. 4. to assist the educational work of the school by providing benefits and materials for general educational purposes and 5. to provide moneys in every consecutive year for delivery at the school or elsewhere of an annual memorial lecture (for full details see declaration of trust or part of their maintenance of traveling or other expenses including any educational fees 4) to assit the educational work of the school by providing benefits and materialsfor general educational purposes such benefits and materials being additional or supplementary to be benefits and materials provided by the local education authority or by the ministry of education or by statute; and 5) to provide moneys in every consecutive code year for delivery at the school or elsewhere of an annual memorial lecture concerning international affairs or relationships or upon any matter or matters concerning international affairs or relationships as the trustees may decide.
