upon trust to permit the income and dividends arising therefrom to be paid to and applied by the administrative trustees either directly or by means of subscriptions to other institutions or organisations to support and further all or any charitable activities carried out in connection with the church of england in the diocese of lichfield and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing thoserelating to:- (a) the relief of poverty, sickness and distress, (b) the promotion of higher standards of moral life in the individual the family and the community and (c) the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for the recreation and other leisure time occupation of persons who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age infirmity of disablement poverty or social and economic circumstances with the object of improving the conditions of life for such persons.
