to promote or to assist in the promotion of such charitable object or objects primarily for the benefit of the inhabitants of the county of lincolnshire as the trustees shall think fit including for example but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing object (a) to educate relieve and rehabiltate young persons resident in lincolnshire who by reason of their social and economic circumstances are unable to gain employmetn or to further their formal education by providing for such persons worksops and such other training facilities will enable them to obtain work experience and acquire and develop vocational skills (b) to educate the public in the arts and in particular by promoting public lectures concerts and recitals. (c) to protect and preserve for the benefit of the public such features of the county of lincolnshire as are of special historical arcihtectural or archeological interest. (d) to promote excellence in scientific of medical research for the benefit of the public and to disseminate the useful results thereof.
