Objects:

to relieve the inhabitants of blackburn (hereinafter called the area of benefit) who are in conditions of need and hardship (particularly such of them as belong to asian and other minority racial groups) by the provision for such persons of:- (i) an advice and information service dealing with questions of housing, employment, translators and interpreters (ii) facilities for their education and cultural training. (for further details see clause 2b-d of the constitution.)
