(a) to promote good race relations in wales. (b) to carry out and promote research into all aspects of economic and social development of minority ethnic communities in wales and to publish the useful results of such research. (c) to advance industry and commerce for the public beefit by promoting or assisting in the promotion of opportunities for employment in wales. (d) to relieve poverty in wales by the provision of grants or loans to people who are in need and who suffer involuntary unemployment to assist them in setting up business.
