(1) the objects of the charity are, for the public benefit: (a) in the interests of social welfare, to improve the conditions of life of the inhabitants of the area of benefit without distinction of political, religious or other opinions by the provision and maintenance of recreational facilities for use by the inhabitants of the area of benefit including a village hall for: (i) meetings, lectures and classes, and (ii) other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation;(b) the advancement of education in the area of benefit primarily but not exclusively by the provision of training, supplementary education, adult learning classes and activities for mainstream educational subjects.
