Objects:
(a) to promote all aspects of horticulture in the county of hertfordshire and in particular but without prejudie to the generality of the foregoing to conduct, hold, promote and assist in the conduct holding and promoting of shows, exhibitions, competitions and meetings and discussions. (b) to make grants to such charitable organisations for such purposes as the society shall from time to time in its discretion think fit.
