1ai) to advance the education of the public in and to promote and advance the conservation of amphibians and reptiles, their habitat and the wider environment on which they depend; andii) execute and support research relevant to species or habitat conservation pertinent to amphibians and reptiles and to publish the useful results of such research.b) during any period when the company employs a rare species conservation officer to pay the salary and expenses of that employee and too advance work falling within the job description of that employee or any associated work, anywhere in europe.2)if the trustee is unable to apply the income of the charity for the objects set out in clause 1 the trustee must transfer the property of the charity to the trustees of the vincent wildlife trust (270697) to be applied in accordance with the trusts set out in a deed dated 16 november 1975 and any deeds supplemental to it.
