(a) to educate young people in the parish of cullompton and surrounding districts through their leisure time activities so to develop their physical and mental capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improved. (b) subject to the primary objective hereinbefore set out and subordinate thereto for the relief of disabled prsons in the parish of cullompton by the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of such persons. (c) the centre shall be non party in politics and non sectarian in religion.
