Objects:

(c) to pay and apply capital and income of the trust fund to all or any one or more of the bodies associations or organisations in great britain which have at the time of making the payment the legal status of a charity and are registered with or accepted as such by either the charity commissioners or the inland revenue or anybody for the time being exercising any of the functions of approval and registration at present exercised by those bodies (whether established for the charitable purposes falling within sub paragraphs (a) or (b) or otherwise).
