Objects:
(a) the relief of poverty by the provision of financial assistance without regard to any religious denomination to those who are in need or are suffering hardship. (b) the advancement of the education of the public and in particular but not so as to limit the generality of the foregoing by promoting artistic activities including art and photographic exhibitions, performances of drama, music, opera and ballet, film shows and poetry readings. (c) to pay and apply capital and income of the trust fund to all or any one or more of the bodies associations or organisations in great britain which have at the time of making the payment the legal status of a charity and are registered with or accepted as such by either the charity commissioners or the inland revenue or anybody for the time being exercising any of the functions of approval and registration at present exercised by those bodies (whether established for the charitable purposes falling within sub paragraphs (a) or (b) or otherwise).
