(in this context , the term “care and treatment†includes the prevention of disease as well as its treatment. “persons†includes the human foetus from the moment of its conception. “health†includes physical health, or mental health or both);2. the relief of poverty among the sick, suffering, disabled, handicapped or infirm in the beneficial area;3. to advance the education of persons resident in the beneficial area about the enhancement of health in general;4. to relieve people who are sick, elderly or disabled resident in the beneficial area by the provision of carers and by the provision of support and training to such carers;5. to promote and undertake and to assist in promoting and undertaking research, surveys, and investigations.6. to financially or otherwise support other charitable and voluntary organisations working within the beneficial area where in the opinion of the trustees this support would advance the other objects of this trust.
